Quick Tip Tuesday: 10-Minute Dinners for Chaotic Weeknights

Some nights, dinner needs to happen fast. Between practices, homework, and late work calls, a 10-minute meal can be the difference between chaos and calm. Here are my favorite go-to dinners that save time without sacrificing flavor.

1. Sheet Pan Nachos

Layer tortilla chips with shredded rotisserie chicken, beans, cheese, and whatever veggies you have on hand. Bake for 5 minutes, top with salsa and sour cream—done!

2. Caprese Grilled Cheese

Upgrade your grilled cheese with fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves. Serve with tomato soup (boxed is fine!) for comfort food in minutes.

3. Stir-Fry Hack

Use frozen stir-fry veggies, pre-cooked rice, and leftover protein. Heat with soy sauce and sesame oil for a better-than-takeout dinner.

4. Breakfast-for-Dinner Wraps

Scramble eggs, add cheese, toss in spinach or peppers, and wrap in tortillas. Serve with fruit for a full meal.

5. Pita Pizzas

Spread marinara on pita bread, sprinkle with cheese and toppings, and bake for 7 minutes. Kid-approved every time.

Life gets busy, but dinner doesn’t have to be stressful. With a little creativity, you can have a hot, satisfying meal on the table in just 10 minutes.
