Snack Plate Dinner = Summer Mom Win πŸ§€πŸ‡

You know those evenings where cooking feels like an Olympic sport? Same. πŸ˜… That’s why we fully embrace the **snack plate dinner** over here — no oven, no fuss, and somehow it still feels fancy (especially if you use a pretty platter).

This one’s a crowd-pleaser for toddlers and grownups alike, and it’s the easiest way to empty the fridge in a cute way.

πŸ₯’ What’s On Our Snack Plate

  • Cheese cubes (cheddar, gouda, whatever’s in the drawer)
  • Turkey roll-ups or rotisserie chicken chunks
  • Baby carrots + cucumbers + snap peas
  • Hummus or ranch dip
  • Grapes, berries, apple slices
  • Pretzels, pita chips, or crackers
  • Boiled egg halves or deviled eggs if I’m feeling ✨extra✨

I assemble everything on my Pampered Chef Large Entertaining Platter or Tupperware party trays and call it dinner. Add a sippy cup for the toddler and a wine glass for mama, and we’re golden. πŸ₯‚

🍷 Bonus: Wine Pairing (Because Why Not?)

This week I’m pouring a chilled glass of Boisset’s RΓ©serve Chardonnay — buttery, bright, and surprisingly perfect with snacky bites.

πŸ‘©‍πŸ‘§ Real Talk

This dinner saves me at least once a week. Zero shame, all joy, minimal cleanup. ✌️

If you’re riding the summer survival train with me, try it out — and tag me in your snack plate masterpiece!
