Biscoff Honey Dream Latte (Easy At-Home Coffee Shop Drink)

Jump to Recipe ↓

If you love a cozy, slightly sweet coffee that tastes like something you'd spend $7 on... this is it 🤭

I created what I'm calling the Biscoff Honey Dream Latte at home, and I am OBSESSED.

This coffee is creamy, smooth, not overly sweet, and has that perfect hint of caramelized cookie flavor from the Biscoff.

And the best part? You can totally customize it to your sweetness level—and it only takes a few minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Swerve brown sugar (or regular brown sugar)
  • ~1 tbsp honey
  • ~1 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
  • Splash of Italian sweet cream
  • 2 shots espresso
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice
  • 1/2 Biscoff cookie (optional, but highly recommended)

Instructions

  1. Line your cup with Biscoff cookie butter (don't skip this—it's everything 🤌)
  2. Brew your espresso directly over:
    • brown sugar
    • honey
    • pinch of salt
    • leftover cookie butter from your spoon
  3. Stir while hot until everything melts together
  4. Add a small splash of milk to cool the espresso (prevents ice shock)
  5. Fill your cup with ice
  6. Pour in 1 cup of milk
  7. Add a splash of sweet cream
  8. Pour espresso mixture over top
  9. Finish with crumbled Biscoff cookie

Tips & Customizations

  • Less sweet: skip the sweet cream
  • More sweet: use regular brown sugar or add caramel drizzle
  • Extra creamy (and sweeter): add more sweet cream or cold foam
  • Stronger coffee: add an extra espresso shot
  • Milk Options: swap for almond or oat milk
