Red, White & Yum: My 4th of July Cookout Essentials π
Happy 4th, friends! Whether you’re hosting a backyard bash or just showing up for the snacks, today’s all about good food, easy prep, and fireworks (in the sky, not the kitchen). πΊπΈ
Here’s what I’m making, taking, and serving with a whole lot of festive flavor — and a little help from my favorite kitchen tools.
π My No-Fuss Cookout Menu
- Grilled Hot Dogs + Brats — tossed on the Pampered Chef Grill Pan or outdoor grill
- Patriotic Fruit Skewers — strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows stacked on bamboo skewers
- Classic Potato Salad — made in advance, stored in my Tupperware bowl with lid
- Melon Stars — watermelon cut with star-shaped cookie cutters (so easy + cute!)
- DIY Sparkling Lemonade Bar — set out mason jars with fruit, herbs, & flavored syrups + bubbly water
Everything can be prepped ahead, packed up in Tupperware, and served right from the cooler. π
π΄ Tools I Can’t Live Without Today
- Pampered Chef Corn Butterer & Corn Holders — because grilled corn is a must
- Salad Chopper — makes quick work of coleslaw or pasta salad
- Cool & Serve Bowl — keeps dips cold even in the sun
π· What I’m Pouring
This holiday calls for bubbles! I’m opening a bottle of Boisset’s No. 21 Brut RosΓ© — it’s light, bright, and pairs perfectly with fresh fruit and grilled goodness.
π Final Thoughts
Here’s to full plates, empty coolers, and soaking up every second of summer. Tag me if you try one of these ideas today — or if you just want to show off your red, white, and yum board!
